How to Order

Step 1

Send me an email with the following:
- name
- phone number (best time to reach you is helpful)
- email address
- name(s) & style number(s) of the product you would like to order
- quantity of each style wanted
- approximate needed by date
- idea of how you would like your item personalized (front and/or back)

Step 2

Once I receive your order I will:
- contact you by phone/email to confirm items and quantities
- inform you of production time
- quote your cost
- make suggestions if necessary
- dicuss payment
- email your invoice

Step 3

- I will create and email a proof of your design
- you approve the invoice and design
- you submit payment
- production will begin


***NOTE: Because my items are personalized for your specific event, refunds are not permitted unless there is a variation from the approved proof and/or invoice committed on my end.
